Videos - Cataract - Overview

Empower Your Post-Op Patients

Think of your post-op patients as if they were a sales force you just hired to spread the word about your practice and the benefits of your procedures. When your patients thank you for their wonderful results, say to them, "The best way to thank us is to refer your friends and family members to us". Let your patients know that referrals are the lifeblood of your practice and that you would be honored to be of service to anyone they send. Then ask them, "Would you like a video to help explain how the procedure works to share with your friends and family"? You will not find a better 'word-of-mouth referral' practice-building tool anywhere.

The Ultimate Overview Program

Build Your Own Video – The ultimate overview program is one that includes all the refractive procedures you offer. PEC’s BYOV program allows you create a program exactly the way you want for a fraction of custom production pricing. You select a custom title for your program, which procedures you want to include, what technology you want to feature and PEC will edit the program together for you. You can include a personal introduction and patient testimonials if you have any. BYOV programs can have multiple uses including: A DVD loop for the reception room; order multiple DVDs to give to perspective and post op patients; or stream your program(s) on your website using PEC’s VIDEOSITE™.  BYOV Pricing starts at $500 to create the master program.

In addition to creating your own video for the reception room, consider adding one of Eyeland Design Network’s “Beautiful Eyes” videos. These colorful and entertaining eye images will captivate your audience and serve as a buffer between multiple programs on your reception room loop tape.

Our Crew At Your Practice

Using the BYOV or one of our generic programs as a base, we will come to your practice with our professional crew to record you and your patients. Your custom video is then edited into our program to give it a distinctive look and feel. Typically, we record the doctor in the exam room, operating room and visiting with the patient post-operatively. Additional scenes may include building exterior and reception room and interviews of six to eight of the patients you choose. Call for a quote. A minimum purchase of 1,000 copies required.

Rent Our High Definition Camera Package

PEC can arrange to send you our HD Camera Package to use in recording a custom introduction or any other scenes you want included in our programs. Call 800-436-9126 for a quote.

Photo Narration

Write a one-to-one and a half minute script describing your education, experience, affiliations, and philosophy. Our narrator will read the script while your picture is on the screen. We recommend this on overview programs but not on informed consent programs. Price $175.

Closing Billboard

When ordering 50 or more multiple copies of any program the closing billboard is included in the mastering price. This billboard has all of your primary contact information.
